Special Announcement Regarding ARA Operations

Inside ASPPA

At the American Retirement Association, the health and safety of our staff is paramount, and we remain committed to the support of the critical work of our members. Consequently, amidst growing concerns about the Coronavirus, the increasing number of schools and businesses that are closing, among myriad other factors, we are shifting to a telework environment, effective March 17, 2020.

This shift should in no way impact the support of, and member access to resources, including the ERISA Outline Book, as well as access to our vast library of education materials and credential preparation support. Our newsletters will continue to be published per our normal schedules, and staff will be available to respond to inquiries via email. Customer care support will continue to be available via email, and via our popular on-line chat function during our regular business hours.

While we don’t anticipate any significant service disruptions as a result, we appreciate your patience and continued support as we pull together through this extraordinary period.

Since this crisis began, the ARA team has been meeting every day to reevaluate the situation and we have consulted directly with the staff of the White House Coronavirus Task Force. Thanks to the support of our members, we are fortunate to have made the investments in technology and operations over the years that permit us to continue this level of support while providing a safe work option for our staff.

We will, of course, continue to monitor this situation and evaluate our operating status regularly.

Stay safe. Stay well. And wash your hands!
