Description: This webcast will discuss the basics of cash balance pension plans and will focus on understanding the underlying operation of a cash balance plan, differences between cash balance plans, traditional defined benefit plans, and defined contribution plans. It will also discuss the advantages of cash balance plans and how to determine good candidates.

Speaker Bios: 
Justin served as President of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), and continues to serve on various ASPPA committees such as the Government Affairs Committee .Additionally, he served as President of the American Society of Enrolled Actuaries. Justin enjoys hiking and camping with his wife, Cally, daughter, Claire, and son, Case. He coaches several youth sports teams, especially softball and rides his motorcycle in his free time. He spends many weekends restoring antique cars, trucks, and
motorcycles.
