About the Speaker:

Meghan Murphy is a director on Fidelity’s workplace investing thought leadership team and is responsible for the development and delivery of data-driven points of view on retirement trends and financial wellness. This work is leveraged by plan sponsors, participants, advisors, policy makers and the media. Additionally, she is a media representative in the retirement space, helping to bring data-based stories to life for the general public. Meghan has been with Fidelity since 2000 and has served in various retirement-focused leadership positions across the organization.

Andy Reed, PhD, is a director of thought leadership in workplace investing at Fidelity, where he synthesizes insights from behavioral economics and psychology into Fidelity’s point of view on individual decisions about health, savings, and retirement. Before joining Fidelity, he was a post-doctoral scholar at Stanford University and an associate research scientist at Columbia University. His research on decision-making across the adult life span has been published in leading academic journals and presented at national conferences. 


Katie Taylor also is a director of Thought Leadership for Fidelity Workplace Investing.  In her role, she is responsible for helping to shape and define Fidelity’s point of view on workplace retirement trends and DC plan design.  Katie is also a media representative, helping to bring data-based stories to life for the general public.  She joined Fidelity in 2000 and has held several leadership positions within Fidelity’s Workplace Investing business.  Prior to her current role, Katie managed the strategy and execution of client and prospect campaigns designed to engage retirement plan sponsors.
