About the Speaker:

Thomas Lakatos

Vice President, Branch Development

Tom joined Lincoln Investment six and a half years ago and has brought experience both as a financial advisor and as a leader. Tom has worked as an advisor, Branch Manager and Vice President with direct responsibility for leadership of advisors and offices. Prior to Lincoln Investment, Tom worked for many years as a field leader at Ameriprise before launching one of the industry’s first roboadvisors, Nestwise, for LPL.  At Lincoln Investment, Tom has led the development of their Investor Services Advisor program. It’s a program designed to recruit, train and develop young advisors while developing a modern client engagement model centered on using technology to deliver advice.  In addition to his work with this team, Tom leads recruiting and training for Lincoln.  Finally, Tom is responsible for overseeing the continued growth and development of the company agency branches and the advisors at those branches.
