ASPPA Webcast: Operating Under the IRS Pre-Approved Plan Document Program

We are now in the unique position that all pre-approved plan documents DC, DB and 403(b) are in play. Providers sponsoring 403(b) and DB plans are in the process of working with clients to amend and restate plans before their early 2020 deadlines. DC plans for the third restatement cycle have been submitted for IRS review. The DC plans have an entirely new look and feel, as the rules for Prototype and Volume Submitter Plans have been updated and combined. This webcast will discuss the issues affecting the documents your clients will be using.
