Enrolled Actuaries

The webcast is designed to offer registrants 2 JBEA Non-Core CE credits for Enrolled Actuaries. The final decision as to the number and type of JBEA credits rests solely with the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries.

Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA)

The webcast is designed to offer registrants 2 ERPA CE credits. The final decision as to the number of ERPA credits rests solely with the Internal Revenue Service.

Continuing Education Changes for RECORDED Webcast Attendees

Once registered, attendees will receive a confirmation letter directing them to the “Access Recorded Webcasts” page with a link to the WebEx OnDemand Center. Each registered viewer will be tracked when they log in with their name and email address. The webcast link will expire once the attendee has satisfied the CE requirement. CE credits will be applied to their record on a periodic basis and a certificate of attendance will be available on each attendee's My ASPPA page.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Daniel Kravitz, CPC, QPA

Dan Kravitz is the President of Kravitz, Inc., one of the nation’s largest independent retirement plan consulting firms. Dan is nationally recognized as a leading expert on Cash Balance retirement plans and is the author of a popular book on the topic, Beyond the 401(k). At Kravitz, Dan leads a team of 75 skilled professionals, including 10 actuaries. Under his leadership, Kravitz has expanded to serve more than 1000 clients across the country. He is active in many industry organizations, including ASPPA-PAC. He has been designing Cash Balance plans since 1994 and has helped more than 500 business owners establish successful Cash Balance plans.

Janine Chung ERPA, CPC, QPFC

Janine Chung is the Director of Cash Balance Online, Inc., a national firm providing innovative web-based back office services to TPAs. She has more 20 years of retirement industry experience, including diverse leadership roles, client consulting, advanced plan design and administration. Janine now leads a team of expert actuaries and technical specialists delivering back-office Cash Balance actuarial and administration services to 150 TPAs across the country. She is passionate about making Cash Balance plans easier to understand and administer, empowering DC TPAs to leverage the Cash Balance opportunity for business growth.
