About the Speaker:
Jake Linney, CPC, CPFA is the Director, Key Accounts at the American Retirement Association. In his role, he advocates for the American Retirement Association’s education products. In addition, Jake has been involved in the development of ASPPA’s Retirement Plan Fundamentals and Qualified 401(k) Administrator modules. He is a frequent trainer, writer and speaker to the retirement plan community. Jake’s expertise includes multiple employer plans (MEPs), pooled employer plans (PEPs), 3(16) fiduciary administration, complicated employer issues and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the American Retirement Association, he served as a volunteer on NAPA’s Government Affairs Committee and ASPPA’s Retirement Plan Academy.
