Available until July 25, 2024

Speaker: Craig Hoffman, APM, Attorney/Senior Consultant, Nova 401(k) Associates

Description: SECURE 2.0 has mandated automatic enrollment for many 401(k) and 403(b) plans beginning in 2025. Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify the essential elements of an EACA
  2. Evaluate potential automatic enrollment designs to meet the SECURE 2.0 mandate
