Ed is a member of Thompson Hine LLP's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group. He previously served as Assistant General Counsel of Nationwide Insurance Company where he advised the company on various employee benefit matters, including ERISA fiduciary and qualified retirement plan issues. Ed counsels clients on all aspects of employee benefits, including compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and other legal requirements applicable to retirement plans and health and welfare benefits plans).

Rebecca has been a third party administrator for 18 years with Pension Plans Associates, Inc., involved in all aspects of plan administration.  Rebecca has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Wright State University; she holds QPA and QKA designations from ASPPA. Rebacca has been a member of ASPPA since 2004.

Angie graduated cum-laude from Youngstown State University where she received her bachelor's degree in accounting. She earned certification as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator and has worked in the accounting industry since 1993 for a variety of companies including, Findley Davies, Inc., Fifth Third Bank, The Ohio Company and Bank One

Tiffany White has developed an expertise in employee benefit plan audits, and is a recognized leader of this practice in the Columbus area. Tiffany keeps abreast of employee benefit plan developments related to compliance, enforcement, accounting and operational issues. She performs limited or full-scope audits for privately-owned companies, public companies and not-for-profit organizations. She is experienced in auditing defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, health and welfare plans, and both qualified and non-qualified plans. She is a frequent speaker at the Ohio Society of CPAs' events.

Luke is a Corporate Retirement Plan Consultant for The Robertson Group. He has over eight years of retirement-plan industry experience, covering both defined benefit and defined contribution plans. He spent eight years at Morgan Stanley, and a designated Financial Planning Specialist. He is also a member of the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio.

Rebeka Whitaker
Nationwide Insurance

Rebekah Whitaker is an Assistant General Counsel at Nationwide Insurance. She is a member of the Retirement Plans Legal team supporting Nationwide Finance. Before joining Nationwide, Rebekah served as in-house legal counsel for a third party administrative firm in Cincinnati and was a partner with a mid-size private practice firm in Tennessee. Rebekah has a broad range of benefits experience, including plan consulting, plan design, correction issues, participant communications, disclosure initiatives, public and private sector acquisition and retention efforts and public procurement. She is active in ASPPA and holds the ASPPA QKA designation. Rebekah received her BA in Language and Literature from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and received her law degree from the University of Cincinnati.
