Erin Books specializes in sharing her retirement plan expertise with other financial professionals and plan sponsors. Erin has over 20 years of experience consulting on defined contribution plans, 403(b) plans, nonqualified plans, and IRAs. At Economic Group Pension Services, Inc., Erin provides compliance services for clients, as well as training and ERISA support for the EGPS team. Erin also oversees plan document services at EGPS. Erin’s depth of technical expertise covers many areas including plan design, plan documents, plan operations, and plan corrections. As an ERPA, Erin represents clients before the IRS while handling submissions under the voluntary correction program and supporting plans that are under examination.

Amber is a Retirement Plan Administrator for Fringe Benefits Design, located in Bloomington. As a Retirement Plan Administrator, she works primarily with 401(k) Defined Contribution Plans where she provides clients with compliance testing, plan design, and plan operation services. Amber has over four years of experience with qualified plan administration and has received both her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designations as a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

Alex is a retirement plan consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency. As a consultant, she focuses on investment due diligence, plan design, compliance and employee education. Alex is also a board member for the Minnesota Retirement Benefits Association.

In his role as Senior Product Support Consultant at Wolters Kluwer - ftwilliam.com, Andy uses his industry and product knowledge to assist customers working within the Defined Contribution Compliance and Proposal modules. In addition to supporting customers, Andy also serves as Product Owner for the DC Compliance and Proposal modules where he oversees development and enhancements, demonstrates the software to potential customers and provides training resources to new and existing customers.  

Andy has over 15 years of retirement experience.  Andy holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC) designations as a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

Rachel joined Spectrum Employee Benefits and the TPA world in 2008 after transitioning from 10+ years in the individual wealth and estate planning.  Rachel has been involved in all aspects of retirement plan administration. She has a broad range of experience, including plan consulting, plan design, correction issues and compliance. She manages day-to-day relationships with both Advisors and Plan Sponsors and now mainly focuses on plan design, oversees compliance, and leads our great team of employees. 

Rachel fills her free time enjoying the great Minnesota outdoors with fun adventures such as running, paddle boarding, skiing and hiking.  She loves to travel, a good book and a fine wine. She resides with her husband Randy and their Aussiedoodle, Oliver in the lakes area of Minnesota.
