The ASPPA Service Provider Certification program supports a total of 17 Best Practices with 72 related supporting Criteria. The practices form a uniform standard of excellence for recordkeeping firms. They were developed and are maintained by the ASPPA Certification Task Force that was established in April, 2007.  It is recommended that you discuss these practices with the independent CEFEX Qualified Analyst that you intend to use to ensure proper understanding of the requirements.
