401(K) CONFERENCE FOR SALES & INVESTMENT PROFESSIONALS NOW TAKING REGISTRATIONS ONLINE

February 10, 2005 - (Arlington, Va.) – The 401(k) SUMMIT, an annual, three-day conference being held by the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), is now accepting online conference registrations at www.asppa.org/summit.htm. Attendees can save $100 if they register before February 23, 2005; advanced registrations will be accepted until March 11, 2005. The conference, designed primarily for retirement sales and investment professionals, will be held from March 17-19, 2005, at the Manchester Grand Hyatt hotel in San Diego, CA.

Speakers include internationally-renowned humorist and author Ben Stein. Other prominent speakers will focus on industry trends and economic factors affecting the ever-changing 401(k) marketplace. Topics will include the future of Roth 401(k) & LSAs, RSAs and ERSA; delivery of participant services and education; capturing rollovers; partnering with TPAs and others, to name a few. PLANSPONSOR Magazine, an official co-sponsor, will present the first ever Retirement Plan Advisor of the Year Award (2004-2005).

The conference has traditionally sold out and attracts all employee benefits professionals, including accountants, broker-dealer firms, consultants, financial planners, insurance agents, marketing and sales support representatives, money managers, producing TPAs, registered representatives, retirement and sales advisers and producers, RIAs and wholesalers. The conference offers 15 hours of ASPPA continuing education credit.
