What's the Topic?

For many of our clients, the tax deduction for retirement plan contributions drives their decision to implement or enhance their plans. The Pension Protection Act has accelerated the amount of tax deductible contributions that plan sponsors can make. In this webcast learn about:

    1. The maximum contributions that can be made to defined benefit plans this year and in 2008;
    2. The expanded limits under IRC§ 404(a)(7) on combined defined benefit and defined contribution plans this year and in 2008;
    3. Whether the flip/flop method has met its demise;
    4. What EGTRRA permanency means for plan sponsors.
