CONFERENCE OVERVIEW

Held in Washington, DC, attendees of this conference share quality time with representatives from every aspect of the retirement plan industry. This is an awesome learning opportunity attended by over 1,500 of your colleagues. Each year, there are new regulations and legislation to understand, new products and services on the market, and new opportunities to increase your professional knowledge, enhance your business services and products, and an opportunity to meet new friends and network with old ones. You’ll also have a chance to visit over 80 vendor displays in the exhibit hall. There are numerous sponsorship and marketing opportunities available. The Annual Conference offers 20 hours of ASPPA continuing education credits and provides Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries (JBEA) credit hours for enrolled actuaries.

Shuttle Bus Schedule

The shuttle bus will run on a continuous loop between the Washington Hilton, Capital Hilton and St. Gregory hotels, picking up every 20 minutes at each location during operating hours.

Arriving to the Hotel
From Reagan National Airport, a taxi to the hotel usually costs around $19.00 and will take approximately 20 minutes. The Blue and Yellow Metro lines are accessible at Reagan National Airport.

From Washington Dulles International Airport, a taxi to the hotel usually costs around $55.00 and will take approximately 40 minutes. The Metro is not accessible from this airport. For other transportation options, click here.

From Baltimore-Washington International Airport, a taxi to the hotel usually costs around $65.00 and will take approximately 60 minutes. You can take the MARC train from BWI to Union Station (Red Line on Metro). For other transportation options from BWI, click here.

From Union Station (Amtrak & MARC), a taxi to the hotel usually costs around $13 and will take approximately 15 minutes. Union Station to Dupont Circle is Metro Rail and Metro Buses provide an efficient way of getting around Washington, DC. Five rail lines and extensive bus services connect the District with Maryland and Virginia suburbs. Dupont Circle (Red Line) Station is 4 blocks south and the closest metro station to the Washington Hilton and Towers. For additional information, click here.

Parking at the hotel is available for $23/ 24 hours a day with in and out services.
