The Western Benefits Conference is a joint conference, combining the ASPPA Summer and Western Pension & Benefits Conference Annual Meetings to provide two great conferences in one!  This conference has been designed with all retirement, health, welfare and benefits professionals in mind.  The Western Benefits Conference offers an opportunity ideal for dialogue with nationally renowned speakers and both national and local government representatives.  Private sector experts and government officials will share their knowledge and skills, discuss PPA06, as well as solicit your input on a variety of issues.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

ASPPA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Enrolled Actuaries
This conference is designed to offer Enrolled Actuaries core and non-core JBEA credit hours. For purposes of Joint Board continuing education credit, we have indicated after each session description our judgment as to the type of credit, if any, that the Joint Board is likely to grant. The final decision as to applicable credit rests solely with the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries.

Note: If you require a particular type of CE credit, please call the WBC staff at 703.516.9300 or email conferences@asppa.org to request a Continuing Education Checklist. WBC is willing to apply for CE credit if the application process and fee are not prohibitive.
