About the Conference

The ACOPA Advanced Actuarial Conference is designed especially for practicing actuaries or others who hold an actuarial position within their companies. Session leaders are experts in their fields - drawn from the actuarial, legal and accounting professions. The conference is comprised of general sessions and workshops that will allow participants to engage their peers in discussion and will be solely focused on actuaries and their unique and specialized issues.

About ASPPA College of Pension Actuaries (ACOPA)
The ASPPA College of Pension Actuaries (ACOPA) was formed in September, 2008, when ASSPA and the College of Pension Actuaries (ACOPA) combined to form a semi-autonomous operating unit within ASPPA. ACOPA is the primary source of professional organizational support for pension actuaries, and is charged with carrying out ASPPA’s responsibilities as one of the recognized US-based actuarial organizations. All credentialed actuarial members of ASPPA are members of ACOPA.
