ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Robert M. Kaplan, CPC, QPA
Bob Kaplan is the Vice President, National Training Consultant for ING. His responsibilities include web cast and live training for ING Retirement Services personnel, as well as members of the TPA and Broker community. Bob is a member for the Board of Managers of the American Institute of Retirement Education (AIRE) and a former member of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). Bob has 30 years of experience in retirement plan services, including plan design, administration, sales and consulting.
Adam C. Pozek, QPA, QKA, QPFC
Adam is the vice president of consulting services for Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group in Reading, Massachusetts. He specializes in working with business owners, executives and their other professional advisors on plan design and compliance issues related to qualified plans. Adam assists companies in assessing benefit programs as part of business transactions, and he works with clients to address plan errors under the IRS and Department of Labor correction programs. He publishes the blog PozekOnPension at
