Ethics and Professionalism in the Electronic Workplace

Among the keys to providing excellent service to clients is to do so in an ethical and professional manner. And one of the ways to do that is to understand Circular 230.

“Ethics 2015: Circular 230, Professionalism and Case Studies,” a webinar which aired on Dec. 3, featured an overview of Circular 230 by William C. Grossman, as well as a discussion of professionalism in the electronic workplace of 2015. He also presented interactive case studies based on calls and e-mails from clients and discussed how the ASPPA Code of Conduct applies to the scenarios presented.

If you missed the webinar, or heard it and would like a recording to which you can refer in the future, it is available as an on-demand webcast. ASPPA traditionally offers access to a recording of a webcast (including both audio and visual portions of the presentation) approximately one week following the original live webcast presentation. These recordings are available for one year after the date of the original live webcast.

“Ethics 2015: Circular 230, Professionalism and Case Studies” is available through Dec. 3, 2016.
