Automatic enrollment has proven to be very effective at increasing participation, although by now, we’ve learned that average contribution rates might stagnate without additional plan design considerations. It’s not necessarily the panacea for which we had hoped, and it doesn’t work for every client. In this webcast, we’ll examine the successes of automatic enrollment, plan design considerations and types of clients that might be better served by looking for solutions elsewhere.
