David Rowe, CPC, QPA, QKA, President, is the Managing Director for Prudential Retirement and is responsible for sustaining the growth of its full-service retirement business in the Pacific Northwest as well as Northern California. David has more than 21 years of experience consulting on nearly every aspect of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. He has a degree in mathematics from the University of Washington and holds several FINRA registrations and insurance licenses. David served on the Board of Directors for the Seattle Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference and the ASPPA Benefits Council National Task Force.
Gregory Rund, Immediate Past President is the founding member of the ABC of the Great Northwest. Past President of G. Russell Knobel Associates, current president of the board of the Pacific Northwest chapter of The American Liver Foundation, past chairman of The Junior Club of Seattle, past Big Brother, 33 year member of the Western Pension and Benefits conference. 33 years in the pension community in Seattle. 27 year member of ASPPA. Previously active with Boy Scouts of America and The Arthritis foundation. Now retired, and enjoying golf & skiing.
Kirsten Curry, Attorney At Law-Acting Secretary & Legal Program Chair. Curry is the founder and President of Rains Plan Group, LLC and owner of Rains Law Group, PLLC. A graduate of Gonzaga University and Seattle University School of Law, Kirsten holds a J.D. and is authorized to practice law in Washington. Curry worked in estate planning, commercial loans and business financing before founding Rains Plan Group in 2009. Prior to embarking on her career as an attorney, Curry worked as a commercial fisherman in Alaska for over a decade. Rains Plan Group builds on Curry’s extensive experience supporting business owners, having helped more than 3,500 entrepreneurs realize their dreams of owning a business. Curry currently serves as the Legal Program Chair and a Board Member of the ASPPA Benefits Council of the Great Northwest.

James Huffine, Treasurer, is the owner of Administrative Services, Inc.
Jeff Roberts, CPC, Membership Chair, is a Certified Pension Consultant with 19 years experience working on the administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. As a senior executive deferred compensation analyst, Jeff provides his clients with high quality customer service and assistance with the on-going administration of their retirement plans. In addition, Jeff is the Executive Deferred Compensation Plan technical resource for ADP’s nationwide sales team. He graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with an emphasis on the study of economics and mathematics. Jeff was a member of the Pension Committee of the Investment Company Institute, and is currently a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and the Western Pension & Benefits Conference. He is a former member of the Spring Seminar board for the Seattle Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference.
David G. Mann, QKA, QPA, Logistics Chair, is responsible for supporting the growth of Prudential Retirement’s full service business in the Pacific Northwest region including Northern California. Prior to joining Prudential Retirement in 2006, David served as a Senior Client Service Manager for Principal Financial. Prior to that, he was a Defined Contribution Consultant for Northern Trust working with large clients on such things as plan design, compliance and regulatory issues. David earned a B.A. in marketing from Loras College and his MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management. In addition to his ASPPA designations, he holds several FINRA registrations and insurance licenses.

Colin Southcote-Want, Actuarial Program Chair, is the Owner and Chief Actuary of Albion Actuarial Consulting, Inc., an independent actuarial consulting company. Colin is a Member of ASPPA, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Southampton. Colin consults primarily in the field of defined benefit pension plans. As a hobby, Colin has been involved with coaching chess at the Elementary School level; on several occasions he has been Chief Judge at the Washington State Elementary School Chess Championships.
Yannis P. Koumantaros, QKA, QPA, Director At Large, is a Consulting Shareholder and Marketing Director for Spectrum Pension Consultants, Inc. An avid retirement plan marketplace expert, Yannis serves as 2008-2009 co-chairman of the Next Generation Membership Subcommittee, is Chairman of the ASPPA Political Action Committee and was selected by his peers to speak at the 2007 and 2008 ASPPA national conferences in Washington, D.C. Yannis is a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), Society of Professional Administrators and Record-Keepers (SPARK), and the National Association of Actuaries and Consultants, Inc. (NAACI). Yannis graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Marketing concentration.
