Arthur Bachman, President of the ABC, is the senior partner in the Employee Benefits Practice Group at Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He has extensive experience with all aspects of employee benefit plans, including mergers and acquisitions, withdrawal liability, bankruptcy, litigation, private equity investments and real estate investments.  He is involved with qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, cafeteria plans and all types of welfare plans.

Mr. Vogt is certified in NJ and PA and is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, the New Jersey Society of CPA's and the Pennsylvania Society of CPA's. He has been a member of the firm since 1974.  In addition to being a partner, shareholder and a member of the firm's board of directors, Mr. Vogt is also the firm's administrator and director of Continuing Professional Education. He is director of the firm's retirement plan group providing accounting, auditing and tax services in that area. In addition to providing general accounting and tax services to the firm's clients, his areas of specialization include construction and real estate development accounting services, as well as individual tax preparation and retirement planning advice.

Mr. Vogt serves on the board of directors and is chairman of the finance committee of the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey. He is the chairman of the "Little Ten" group of regional accounting firms. He serves on the board of directors and is the treasurer of the ABC of Delaware.  He previously served a four year term as a public member of the NJ Bar Association Fee Arbitration Committee which hears disputes between attorneys and their clients and was on the board of trustees of the Visiting Nurse Association of Southern New Jersey for 20 years.

Melissa B. Kurtzman focuses her practice on representing management in a variety of employee benefits matters,
including the design and implementation of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and welfare and fringe benefit
programs, employee benefits tax matters and employee benefits in mergers and acquisitions.

Melissa acted as an expert witness in a federal bankruptcy matter in connection with qualified plan issues. Additionally,
she represents plan sponsors in employee benefit plan IRS and DOL audits. She assists plan sponsors in self-audits of
employee benefits plans prior to or in connection with government audits.

Melissa is a member of Littler Mendelson's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group.

Prior to joining Littler, Melissa served as a partner at another firm where she focused on employee benefits. She was also
the former director of ERISA compliance at a large retirement plan administration company.
