Kimberly has over eighteen years of experience in the 401k industry.  She joined Plante Moran Financial Advisors in 2006 and currently heads up the retirement plan investment consulting practice in Chicago.  Her specialties include advanced portfolio construction techniques, manager and recordkeeping searches, due diligence process, performance reporting, fiduciary compliance, and trustee education.  Kimberly received the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies in 2003 and she routinely speaks for professional organizations on retirement plan investment advisory topics.  In addition to serving on the Board of the Chicago ABC, she is also a member of the Illinois Certified Public Accountants Society and the Center for Fiduciary Studies.

JoAnn is a director with McGladrey & Pullen’s Great Lakes economic unit employee benefit plan practice.  She joined the firm in 1995 as an auditor of engagements across a broad range of industries including manufacturing and distribution, service and not-for-profit, assisting with financial and audit issues pertaining to schools, municipal organizations such as community bands as well as state and local governing bodies.  In 2002, JoAnn has moved to the benefit plan audit practice and has been exclusively involved in auditing qualified benefit plans.

JoAnn functions as Vice-President – Membership for the ASPPA Benefits Council – Chicago and a Treasurer of a local Toastmasters International Club.

Mark Yahoudy is a Managing Director with RSM McGladrey, Inc. and a Partner at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP where he is involved in the employee benefit consulting and Retirement Resources practice.  He has over 30 years in the employee benefit area starting with numerous responsibilities while working for the IRS.  He is currently the Director of the firm's Retirement Resources Practice; the practice includes Retirement Plan design, administration, compliance, consulting, review of tax filings, employee benefit plan audits and IRS correction programs and representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service.
 
Mark served as the Past Chair of the Chicago ABC and is currently serving as treasurer.  He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society Employee Benefit Committee serving on the American Institute of CPA’s Employee Benefit Tax Committee and is a part-time faculty member at the College of DuPage lecturing on Federal Taxation.

Steve went to the University of Illinois (Champaign) in September 1966 studying Civil Engineering for three years before joining the U.S. Army in October 1969.  He spent 2 and ½ years in the military service, with 1 and ½ of those years being in Vietnam before attending the University of Illinois (Chicago) from June 1972 to June 1974.  He graduated, with high honors, with degrees in both criminal justice and psychology.   

Steve joined EBSA’s Chicago Regional Office as an Investigator in June 1975, and was a member of the first Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) graduating class.  After serving as a Supervisory Investigator for three years, in April 1988, he became the Associate Regional Director (ARD) for the Chicago Regional Office.  In 2002, Steve was promoted to the Deputy Regional Director (DRD) position in the Chicago Regional Office and in 2007, he was named Regional Director for the Chicago Regional Office.
