The ASPPA Presidential Scholarship

Each year since 1999, ASPPA’s president selects a university or college student to receive a one-time award of $2,000. The scholarship is presented to a deserving undergraduate currently in their junior year.

The Martin Rosenberg Academic Achievement Award recognizes the top performing candidates on credential examinations (including DC-1, DC-2, DC-3, DB, PFC-2, TGPC-2, CPC and A-4).

The award recognizes outstanding educators from the ASPPA membership who have made significant contributions to retirement plan education.

In 1995, the Harry T. Eidson Founders Award was established to honor the memory of ASPPA’s founder, Harry T. Eidson, FSPA, CPC. Eidson was the initial inspiration behind the formation of ASPPA in 1966. He firmly believed in the importance of a private pension system for the United States and was committed to building an organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing such a system.

The 401(k) Advisor Leadership Award, sponsored by ASPPA and NAPA, was introduced in 2008 to honor a Financial Advisor or team of Advisors within the 401(k) industry who has made a significant contribution to the industry, plan participant’s and sponsors. The award is among the most prestigious in the industry.
