To prevent duplication of payment, please select only one method of registration. Once your registration is processed, you will receive an electronic Registration Confirmation to the e-mail address listed on your registration form.

Registration Includes:
• All Education Sessions (unless otherwise noted)
• All continental breakfasts, luncheons and beverage breaks and receptions
• Access to audio recordings (after the conference) and session handouts
All attendees will receive an electronic confirmation sent to the e-mail address listed on the registration form. This confirmation/receipt verifies your address information, the event(s) you have signed up for and how much you have paid. Attendees are urged to review their confirmation and print for their records. If you have not received your confirmation within three weeks of registering, please contact the Customer Support Department at customersupport@asppa.org.

Badges
Attendees registering in advance may pick up their badge and on-site materials at the Registration Desk during conference hours. If you do not check-in at the Registration Desk to pick up your badge, you will be deemed a no-show and continuing education credit will not be issued. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendee badges/materials.

Cancellation/Change Policy
If a written request for cancellation is received by May 11, 2012, the full registration fee will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee. After May 11, 2012, the registration fee is not refundable, but can be transferred to another individual at any time, even on-site. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Please contact the Customer Support Department at customersupport@asppa.org.

Dress Code
Attire at the conference is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses, and most importantly, comfortable shoes! Remember that hotel meeting rooms tend to be cool, so be sure to being a sweater or light jacket.

Make your hotels reservations by contacting the hotel directly. If making reservations by phone, be sure to reference the Benefits Conference of the South to receive the group room rate. This room block may fill up so please make your reservations early!

Travel
We’ve made travel to the conference easier than ever. If you fly in, you’ll find our new location at the Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway fast, convenient and cost-effective. It’s just a short shuttle ride from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Later flights mean you can afford to stay until the last IRS Q&A on Friday and still make that afternoon flight.

If you are driving, you can avoid the worst of Atlanta traffic because the Airport Marriott is located south of town. If you are driving from southern Georgia, Florida, or Alabama, you can avoid Atlanta traffic altogether. If you are driving from Tennessee or the Carolinas, you can take I-280 and avoid in-town tie-ups.
