About the Conference
The National Tax Sheltered Accounts Association (NTSAA) is hosting the second annual 403(b) Summit, dedicated to providing solutions for service issues experienced in 403(b) marketplace. The NTSAA 403(b) Compliance Resolution Summit welcomes professionals in the industry to collaborate in a goodwill effort to develop standardized and best practices approaches to the management of processes, procedures and information sharing. This endeavor will result in better client service, increase profitability and bolster our professional integrity in the marketplace.

Topics include: Best Practices in TPA fees; Educating Employees; 501(c)(3) Employers Maintaining Safe Harbor ERISA Exemption; Data Sharing Issues; and Correcting Plan and Operational Errors


NTSAA 403(b) Compliance Resolution Summit Format
The NTSAA 403(b) Summit will be a facilitated participant discussion forum where professionals can examine common operational and compliance problems that have developed in the 403(b) marketplace and provide real working solutions. The Summit will kick-off with an opening general session, followed by workshops that focus on specific operational/compliance issues and will conclude with a wrap-up general session. Objective moderators will facilitate the general sessions and workshops.


Professionals Who Should Attend
The Summit depends on the collaboration and cooperation of 403(b) market experts. We welcome a variety of professional representatives from TPAs, insurance and mutual fund companies, broker/dealers, marketing firms, consulting firms, law firms and technology providers. Some representatives from these businesses might include but are not limited to staff from operations, client services and legal departments.
