Advance registration is now closed.  Registrations will be accepted onsite at the onsite registration prices only.  To register onsite you must provide full payment at the time of registration.

Registration Includes:
• All Education Sessions (unless otherwise noted)
• All continental breakfasts, luncheons and beverage breaks
• Sunday’s President’s Reception and Tuesday’s Party on the Potomac
• Access to audio recordings (after the conference) and session handouts
All attendees will receive an electronic confirmation sent to the e-mail address listed on the registration form. This confirmation/receipt verifies your address information, the event(s) you have signed up for and how much you have paid. Attendees are urged to review their confirmation and print for their records. If you have not received your confirmation within three weeks of registering, please contact the Conferences Department at conferences@asppa.org.

Badges
Attendees registering in advance may pick up their badge and on-site materials at the Registration Desk during conference hours. If you do not check-in at the Registration Desk to pick up your badge, you will be deemed a no-show and continuing education credit will not be issued. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendee badges/materials.

Cancellation/Change Policy
If a written request for cancellation is received by October 23, 2009, the full registration fee will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee. After October 23, 2009, the registration fee is not refundable, but can be transferred to another individual at any time, even on-site. Guest tickets and Monuments at Night Tour tickets are not refundable after October 23, 2009. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Please e-mail conferences@asppa.org to request a refund or make changes to your registration.

Important Information
• Educational sessions do not require tickets. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.  Some optional activities and events will be ticketed and applicable tickets will be included in your on-site materials.
• Guest reception tickets are available for purchase on the registration form or on-site. These tickets are not refundable after October 16, 2009. Guest tickets are not available for conference workshops or lunches.
• ASPPA is not responsible for faxes not received due to mechanical failure or circumstances beyond our control.
• Once your registration is processed, you will receive an electronic Registration Confirmation to the e-mail address listed on your registration form.

Dress Code
Attire at the conference is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses, and most importantly, comfortable shoes! Remember that hotel meeting rooms tend to be cool, so be sure to being a sweater or light jacket.

Photos
Your registration constitutes permission to utilize photos taken of you at the event for news, promotion and similar purposes.

New venue! The ASPPA Annual Conference has found a new home at the new Gaylord National Resort & Conference Center at National Harbor, MD. DC Shuttle Service
The newest monumental addition to the Washington, DC region now offers convenient shuttle service to the Nation's Capital. Featuring continuous service to:

Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport; it is located approximately 15 minutes from the Gaylord National.

Dulles (IAD) and Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airports are located approximately 45 minutes from the Gaylord National.

SuperShuttle
From Reagan National Airport (DCA) to Gaylord National
This convenient new service will depart every 20 minutes from Gaylord National's front door to Reagan National Airport, and every 20 minutes from the Reagan National Airport baggage claim. Reservations are recommended, but tickets also will be available from the SuperShuttle desk, located on the lower level of the airport, near baggage claim.

Daily Shuttle Schedule: 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
