IRS Q&A
The Q&A committee solicits, screens and submits questions from ASPPA members to various government agency panelists as part of the ASPPA Annual Conference and other ASPPA conferences. Members of the Q&A subcommittee generally meet with the government agency panelists to screen and preview the submitted questions. Written questions and advance written answers from these sessions are provided to conference attendees, and for sessions prior to 2008, may be downloaded from the conference materials area of the ASPPA website. Written questions and advance written answers, as well as verbal excerpts, from 2008 and going forward, are maintained in a single database which is available for downloading below. Note: at the present time, only IRS Q&A sessions are held, and the only advance meetings held are those for the Annual Conference, therefore the database is limited to IRS Q&As from the Annual Conference.
