About the Speaker:

Richard Phillips is the founding principal of ERISA Consultants, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the effective design, consultation, and management of 401(k) plans. Richard has served as co-chair of ARA’s Retirement Plan Academy, was a subject matter expert on coverage testing under IRS Code §410(b) and investments, led a team to revise and update the investment curriculum of the Certified Pension Consultant program, and chaired the committee tasked with revamping the curriculum of the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) program, a high-level training program for advisers working in the qualified plan arena.
