The retirement practitioner's Ethics in 2015 requires an understanding of Circular 230, and the ability to professionally and ethically deliver services to clients.  This webcast will convey an overview of Circular 230, followed by professionalism in the electronic workplace of 2015.  Interactive case studies will be presented based on calls and e-mails from clients and how the ASPPA Code of Conduct applies to these scenarios.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Bill Grossman is the director of Education and Communications with McKay Hochman. He has been with McKay Hochman for over 13 years, during which time he has been an instructor for the firm and the editor of McKay Hochman’s client newsletters, Prototype Plan News, 403(b) Perspectives and Retirement Plan News. Bill is the primary author of most of the mhco.com website articles and the E-mail Alert. His articles have been published in the ASPPA Journal and are regularly published in Benefitslink.com and the 401khelpcenter.com. He was co-chair of the ERPA Conference and also serves on the ASPPA Annual Conference Committee.
